Role (Overview of the Position)

  • Are you an experienced sales funnel specialist who loves launching products online? We’re looking for a rock star Manager to lead our Product Launch Team! The goal of this role is to plan, conduct, debrief, and optimize all of our launches - both live and evergreen.

Results (Expected Accomplishments)

  • Plan, coordinate, execute and optimize all new product launches and corresponding sales funnels

  • Audit, optimize, and maintain our current (7-figure) evergreen sales funnel

  • Nurture subscribers until they’re ready to buy our frontend product

  • Nurture customers until they’re ready to ascend into our backend products

  • Oversee the journey of customers as they ascend our value ladder

  • Exceed Product Launch success KPI’s

Responsibilities (Tasks associated with the Role) 

  • Capture, analyze, and optimize KPI data daily

  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and optimize all new product launches and corresponding sales funnels (both frontend and backend)

  • Audit our existing (7-figure) evergreen, frontend, sales funnel - this includes sales pages, checkout pages, launch sequences, deadline funnels, and automations 

  • Optimize and maintain our Referral Program and referral sales funnels

  • Audit our email nurture campaigns to increase conversion rates

  • Send nurture emails weekly to prepare for upcoming launches

  • Oversee the management of our Free Facebook Group to prepare for upcoming launches and nurture our leads by making sure that posts are published by our Marketing Manager and posts are commented on by our Community Manager

  • Run giveaways and promotions to collect testimonials on behalf of the Marketing Team

  • Create affiliate contests, promotions, and incentives to boost Referral Program sales

  • Manage Referral Partners and train them to promote our products

  • Work with our copywriter to create and maintain copy for promotions on behalf of our Referral Partners

  • Create, analyze, and optimize win-back campaigns for churned members

  • Work with our Product Delivery Manager to plan, attend, and execute live enrollment events so our students can ascend into our other programs

  • Work cross-functionally with a team of contractors  — Like Ad Managers, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers

  • Work with our Growth Director to execute the big picture vision for our launches, dig into the data, optimize conversions, and come up with creative solutions to improve our results

  • Monitor all of our marketing assets to ensure that they are accurate and on brand

  • Stay on top of the latest product launch trends and bring up-to-date information to our Growth Department

  • Work with our Growth Director to streamline our current processes

  • Oversee Launch Coordinator

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

  • You’re a master at online Product Launches

  • You’re extremely tech-savvy

  • You have a mind for marketing and sales funnels

  • You have a proven track record of live launching

  • You have a proven track record of building evergreen sales funnels

  • You’re an effective communicator, especially in writing

  • Your grammar and writing skills are top-notch

  • You have experience supporting online courses, coaching programs, or products

  • You’re familiar with social media marketing and Facebook Ads

  • You have experience leading remote teams in a startup or tech environment

  • You are familiar with Leadpages, Canva, Samcart, Active Campaign, Asana, Process St., and many other tech tools 

  • You’re creative, design-focused, and stay on-brand

  • You love analyzing numbers

  • You love people and truly care about their success

  • You are extremely organized, delight in the details, and you don’t let little things slip through the cracks

  • You make it your mission to find ways to make other people happy

  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment
